keeping it together







With the show looming, and trying to juggle everything that goes on in life. I am trying to keep myself calm, and healthy. 

- Listen to the Jennifer Kass podcasts in the studio to top Self Love so self doubt doesn't creep in.

- I work as a secretary part time in Yoga Bodhi and every Monday I got to Simonas class.

- I read Sphinx and the Milkways moon readings to see what is inshore this month.

- Ashley Nesse's articles on Scents and Crystals both have benefits to reducing negativity in life.

- Make a daily Green smoothie from Rosemary Ferguson Book

- Meditate in the morning by lying in bed and letting the OMG i can meditate do all the work for me.
